Who we are
Fertile ground to grow together
We are Baika, a multi-origin agricultural company that passionately grows high-value natural fruit and brings it to the world every day of the year. From the land to the customer, we take care of every stage: we grow, process and market with our own hands. For more than 35 years we have done so with excellence, reliable quality, responsible farming practices and a service that sets us apart. Connected to the origin, we are driven by a deep commitment to people and sustainability.
Our purpose
To nourish the world with passion and excellence, and inspire it with creativity and commitment to people and the land.
It reflects how Baika understands its role: producing with excellence from the origin, innovating with a sustainable vision and placing people and the land at the heart of everything we do.
Our values
The essence that unites us
Excellence
Professionalism and high global standards, caring for every detail and prioritizing people's safety.
Passion
We put energy, pride and grit into everything we do, inspiring our team, growers and customers.
Human quality
People at the center: relationships built on respect, empathy and trust so we can grow together.
Sustainability
We act responsibly toward the land and communities, securing the future of agriculture.
Our pillars
Connected to the origin
We are growers: we come from the land and we are still there. We have expanded by integrating the entire business to bring superfruits from the soil to the shelf, with full control and the best quality. We care for the land with respectful, regenerative practices to consciously produce fruit that captures the essence of the place where it grew.
Always closer
Closeness works at every level, from the physical to the human. Close in our relationships, building strong and lasting bonds. Close in our operations, across business units and countries. Close to our customers, expanding geographically to source the best fruit and respond with maximum agility.
Growing together
We grow when those who work with us grow. Long-term relationships and a solid track record make Baika a reliable partner for every grower: their business is our business too.
Spirit of service
Service is one of our greatest strengths, and it comes from the spirit of the people who make up Baika: committed, energetic, high-performing professionals who exceed expectations and build deep bonds with growers, investors and customers. That level of service is what underpins our reputation.
